LOCATION
The apartment is on the ground floor, with it’s own private gate giving immediate access to the pool and garden area. Just 3 minutes walk from the Golf Clubhouse where you can enjoy a good meal or just sip a cool drink basking on the 1st floor terrace overlooking the golf driving range with views across to Portugal. Children are very welcome.

The commercial centre, due to open in 2008, is also just a few minutes walk and will offer a range of bars, restaurants and small shops. In the meantime there is a “general” store selling fresh bread (cooked on the premises) milk, butter, hams etc about 7 minutes walkaway (overlooking the 13th & 14th fairways).

The apartment is situated in a gated community and all properties are arranged around a communal swimming pool and garden area.

There is parking immediately outside the apartment.

LIVING AREA
The lounge is furnished to a high standard and is extremely well equipped with TV (UK channels) DVD & CD & Radio stereo unit with aux input for iPod and MP3 players.

Air conditioning keeps guests comfortable during the height of the summer and also provides warm air for the cooler winter months. One of the two sofas converts to a bed to provide additional sleeping one more adult if required.

There is full size dining table seating six and ample crockery to leave some in the dishwasher when the lure of the pool is too great!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer and dishwasher.

A washing machine is located in the utility room attached to the kitchen and an iron and ironing board are also provided.

MASTER BEDROOM
A king size double bed and ample storage space is found in the main bedroom which also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

From this bedroom there are double doors with direct access to the patio area.

BEDROOM 2
Two single beds and again ample storage in the two full size fitted wardrobes.

BATHROOM
This is the family bathroom and is conveniently situated next to bedroom 2 and provides a bath, shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

OUTSIDE
Facing south, the patio enjoys sun all day and overlooks the pool and garden area. Part of the patio is in shade so whether you are a sun worshipper or prefer to keep cooler you need only take a few steps out of the apartment. A parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers and a small Barbecue are all provided with the added bonus that your children playing in the pools can be seen from the patio.
