Alternatively, please call me on the number below or drop me an email setting out the dates you would like to book.
Upon confirmation that the dates are available a deposit of 25% of the cost is required with the balance payable 1 month before departure.
An invoice will be issued to you along with confirmation of dates.
We also require a breakage deposit of £150 that is payable with the final payment and refunded to you after the keys are handed back to our representative and the property has been checked.
IF YOU BOOK ONLINE THIS BREAKAGE DEPOSIT IS WAIVED & WE PROVIDE FREE INDEMNITY INSURANCE
Our representative will meet you at Costa Esuri to hand over the keys and answer any immediate questions.
Please note that the development is situated behind a remote contol operated gate system. A remote controller will be handed to you with the keys and we ask you to leave a deposit of euros 40 that will be returned to you when the keys and remote are returned at the end of your stay.
